So, I’m in the market for awnings for my new kitchen windows. We
searched online for companies that sell them, and found a decent number
through their PPC ads. So we called a few of them.
With advertising, these companies were on equal footing. They all
achieved a call-in from us. But here’s the thing: only one of these
companies capitalized on the lead. The rest wasted the marketing dollars
spent getting us as a lead.
